About Me

Having spent half my life on the East Coast, half on the West, and time living abroad, I bring a wide and adaptable perspective to every coaching relationship. When I’m not coaching or working with families, you can usually find me enjoying life with my wife, kids, and our energetic 80-pound boxer, Cooper. I love being outdoors—whether it’s heading to the beach, hiking, or simply exploring new places. Travel, adventure, and finding fun in the everyday are big parts of how I stay grounded and connected. I’m a fan of sports, both playing and watching, and I enjoy staying active.  Whether it’s a spontaneous outing with the kids, a game night at home, or a walk with Cooper, I value quality time, connection, and making meaningful memories with the people closest to me.

For over 13 years I have provided coaching and mentoring to individuals and families.  I’ve supported thousands of people through some of life’s most challenging transitions. I’ve worked in homes, communities, schools, and businesses—wherever real-life growth and learning can happen. Through my work with students, staff, parents, and organizational personnel, I’ve gained invaluable experience helping people at every level. My unique blend of life experience, direct training, education, and hands-on support allows me to customize each person's journey, helping them move forward with clarity and confidence.  It all starts with a conversation.
With a strong focus on critical thinking and problem-solving, we’ll work together to build life skills, strengthen social and emotional awareness, and move toward a more balanced, well-rounded life. No two people are the same—and that’s exactly why this isn’t a one-size-fits-all program. It’s coaching and mentoring that meets you where you are and helps you achieve your goals and launch into independence.
